Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return.

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if the product is returned successfully and passes our inspection.

• Refunds for COD orders will be provided through bank transfer or replacement (as per customer’s choice).

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• If you receive the wrong size or product, we will provide an exchange (subject to stock availability).
